For in stock items. Your order will be dispatched within1-2 Business Days.
You will be notified immediately if the stock is not on hand and it must be ordered in.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your parcels tracking information.

For domestic orders the shipping turnaround is 3-5 Business Days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 business days express.
Rural areas may take 5-7 business days to receive their delivery.
Yes, we do. All international orders are shipped via DHL or Australia Post.

Customers may be charged customs or import fees when their parcel arrives in the destination country. Alejandra Collective is not responsible for these charges, and the recipient is responsible for covering any additional costs.

Alejandra Collective pieces are one of a kind. Therefore, they are most likely to sell out pretty quickly and some pieces may not restock once they sell out.
Certain items may be available for pre-order. If you pre-order an item, you purchase it as you do all other in-stock items online, however the dispatch time can be between 2- 4 weeks.

All our ALEJANDRA COLLECTIVE pieces are handcrafted in South America. Even though, we are an Australian company we are proudly partnering with South American artisans to handcraft all our accessories.
All our bags are crafted using fair trade acrylic, palm straw and sustainable leather. Our jewellery is made using 970 sterling silver and natural stones.
Alejandra Collective pieces are handcrafted using natural fibers. Therefore, they are delicate and require an special care.
How to care for your bags?
To ensure that your bags last as long as possible. We ask you to take care of using the following instructions:
1. DO NOT use washing Machine
2. DO NOT expose your woven and leather bags to heavy rain or direct sunlight.
3. Handwash your crochet bags with a bit of soap on the stained area and water.
4. To preserve the leather, we recommend taking your bags outdoors regularly to prevent moisture buildup. Additionally, use a leather conditioner or water protector spray.
5. Store your handbags in the provided drawstring bag.
How to care of your jewellery?
1.Please remember to always remove your jewellery before washing your hands, showering, swimming, sleeping, applying perfumes or coming in contact with other chemicals.
Due to the metal's purity, your pieces may tarnish if care instructions are not followed
2. Store your jewellery in the package provided or in a jewellery box.
To ensure that your filigree jewellery sparkles for longer. We ask you to clean your jewellery often.
To clean your jewellery: In a bowl add a mix of baking soda, vinegar and boiling water. Let your pieces sit in the solution for 15min. Dry and polish the metal using a microfiber cloth.

Return and Exchange
Items (excluding earrings) may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Alejandra Collective does not exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. All returns take approximately 2-3 business days
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or incorrect purchases. However we are happy to provide a credit.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Upon receipt of the item, if faulty we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.
Items must not be worn and must be returned in the original packaging.
For Faulty items, please contact us at hello@alejandracollective.com.au immediately to arrange return or exchange. If we do not have the similar item in stock, we will happily offer an order in option. Please note that this may take 3-4 weeks. Alternatively, we will offer a credit for future use.
