Return and Exchange
Items (excluding earrings) may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or incorrect purchases (this includes incorrectly purchasing multiple items) however we are happy to provide an exchange.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item
If you wish to exchange, jewellery must not be worn or used and must be in the original packaging together with the Return Form (delivered with your package). If an order is returned more than once, the customer will then need to pay for the return postage as well.
Alejandra Collective will not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit if the jewellery is not returned in its original packaging. It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a trackable method.

Alejandra Collective reserves the right to deny an exchange if items returned appear to be used, worn, damaged, or scratched. Items will be returned to the sender with the cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense. This is non-refundable.
Alejandra Collective does not exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Any returns that are received Returned To Sender will be charged at a customer cost.
Alejandra Collective will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store.
