Return and Exchange
Items (excluding earrings) may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or incorrect purchases (this includes incorrectly purchasing multiple items) however we are happy to provide an exchange.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item
If you wish to exchange, products must not be worn or used and must be in the original packaging. If an order is returned more than once, the customer will then need to pay for the return postage as well.
Continente Dorado will not take responsibility for any damage caused during transit if the products are not returned in its original packaging. It is recommended that the products are returned via a trackable method.

Continente Dorado reserves the right to deny an exchange if items returned appear to be used, worn, damaged, or scratched. Items will be returned to the sender with the cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense. This is non-refundable.
Continente Dorado does not exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons. All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed once received by our warehouse. Please allow extra time during seasonal and promotional sale periods.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
We do not offer free shipping if you choose to return an item. Any returns that are received Returned To Sender will be charged at a customer cost.
Continente Dorado will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store.
